If you like action, this has it big time. Paul Walker's next to last film role. Worth watching just to see David Belle's parkour stunts.

It had some great action, but the story was really weird. Contains strong sexual content and language. Not highly recommended.

I really enjoyed this movie. It was a fun, over the top action movie.

Subtitles are a good size, white with no background
.
English remake of "District 13 : Ultimatum".
Lots of action & cool moves throughout. Typical Paul Walker (R.I.P.) role, which is not necessarily a bad thing. Storyline was basically the same.

Lots of action. Body count 50+. Lots of action. That's about it.

Action packed and stunt filled fun/ridiculous movie. Surprised to see the main actor, Paul Walker who has been dead for a couple of years in the show.

It is a remake of a French movie "District 13". The whole movie is fast pace and full of action. Give it a try and you may like it.

Excellent action choreography offsets very bad acting by RZA. An ok popcorn movie otherwise.

fell asleep in the middle of it...that's enough of a review for me.

As always with Besson’s movies, the rich are stupid and evil—a mix I can’t reconcile. (Spoiler: the cocaine dealer, sadist criminal becomes the hero at the end of the movie!) It seems Monsieur Besson has a problem with rich people. Which is confusing when one considers that he is reported by the French media as possessing a fortune estimated at 145 million Euros—in real estate, contracts with Cover Girl, restaurants in Paris, a soccer team in Paris, a teen clothing line called “Besson Séduction,” and the perfume line “L’Eau de Luc”! He surely is excused for having a beef with the rich—yet not with himself…

Action packed! Paul Walker's best movie. And David Belle was no slouch either. Two-thumbs up.

Not for me. Maybe I'm the wrong audience.

A trim fast wonderful re-make of the French 'classic',.. and you don't have to read the subtitles.
(RIP Paul Walker.)

Kev's PICkS: For Film-making Students... to see how beautifully this film is made,.. compare it to the poorly concocted "The Outsider".

Imagine the difference between these two in their: story-boarding (or not), casting, coverage, soundtrack scoring, editing, pacing, clarity of dialogue (or its lack),... and measure how how these all add up to a Great Actioner vs. a Dismal Disappointment.

Loved this movie!!! Paul Walker is amazing and it's sad that this was one of his last. One of his best too. Loved how it ended!

American remake of a interesting French film with the same storyline.

This version is more easily relatable to American audiences thanks to Paul Walker and a WAY bigger budget, but that only adds to its appeal. The French actor Lino is off the hook---as he was in the French version...and is impressive and likeable.

Action thriller TREAT. Bravo!
