Another good one by this author. Also another long one with lots of characters and funny/clever little one liner remarks. I didn't guess who the perp was but was not surprised. This author have a way of leading you astray with three or four main characters and a lot of supporting characters to throw you off. Sprinkle a few shockers in the MC's back story. Over-write the book by @100 pages too many. Tada...you've got another HC novel. The ending was satisfying although told in a neat little package. I'm still going to read more of his books because they're good even with all that stuff I said up front.

Another fantastic read! I am so glad I found Cobens work. Ive yet to be disappointed. It sure wasn't any of the people I THOUGHT it was. Another 5 star read. Happy Reading!

I had read this many years ago and had forgotten much of the book (as I read a lot!!!) - really enjoyed it the second time as well!! Harlan Coben is a master storyteller....

I found this Coben offering to be as suspenseful as prior reads. There are occasional "lags", but overall, I find this author delivers with enough twists and turns to keep it interesting!

I liked the basic premise of the book but not some of the details that the author added to the plot (e.g.: the killers). However, the writing was good, fast-paced, and the book was entertaining

This is my 3rd Harlan Coben novel and will likely be my last. I found the writing extremely slow paced and the dialogue 'eye-rolling' inducing. Quite honestly, I couldn't even finish this one it was so bad.

The first Coben novel I read was 'Six Years'. It was nicely paced, had some surprising twists and the ending left you satisfied. I next dove into 'No Second Chance'. I quickly realized that it had the same "voice" as Six Years and the only difference were the character's names and the location. I decided to give this author one last shot; hoping that it was just a fluke.

2 chapters into it, I knew I would not be able to finish it and made the decision right then and there not to return to this author.

Not a Simon Bolivar novel. Graphic violence in parts but a good read. He always writes a fast paced, on the go, let's race to the end story. Seveteen years ago this mom was a stripper and her past has become her present

This was also my first Harlan Coben book, so I didn't know what to expect. I really enjoyed it, & am looking forward to reading other Coben books. I liked the storyline, it kept me engaged & had lots of twists.

This is the first Coben book for me & I thought it was fantastic! Didn't want to put it down. Lots going on but the twists made the ending unpredictable. Excited to read his earlier works.
