"The witch known as The Enchantress has gone mad, unleashing a wave of chaos that not even the combined powers of Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman and Cyborg can stop. Shade the Changing Man, Madame Xanadu, Deadman, Zatanna, Mindwarp and John Constantine may be our only hope - but how can we put our trust in beings whose very presence makes ordinary people break out in a cold sweat? Very entertaining. Wild collection of people: Dr. Mist, Boston Brand aka Deadman, Mary Queen of the Vampires, Frankenstein agent of S.H.A.D.E, Swamp Thing, Zatana, Black Orchard, Midnight Nurse, Shade aka M-Vest, Andrew Bennett (good guy vampire), John Constantine, Madame Xanadu, and Princess Amaya of House Amethyst. Only list the "good" guys here. I think they did a great job of working all these minor characters into these stories.

The beginning of a great comics series that showcases some of the lesser-known and at times less-than-savory members of the DC Universe, including John Constantine, Deadman, Zatanna and other practitioners of the “Dark Arts.” It’s up to this ragtag group of anti-heroes to save the world while the Justice League of America is out of commission.

This is a truly awesome read... tight story-telling, inventive characters, jaw-dropping art, this is my 2nd favourite DC title (behind Batwoman)... HIGHLY recommended!

This New 52 Universe launch brings all the magical characters of the DC Universe together as "Justice League Dark". A very fun read and an excellent new team. Highly recommended.

Not what I thought it was going to be. Confusing but still good. Another of the 52's that disappointed me.
