Suffering from world-weariness, former singer/songwriter Annie Kagan gave up her life in New York City and moved to a small house by the bay. While trying to figure out what to do with her life, her brother Billy died unexpectedly.
A few weeks after his death, Billy woke his sister at dawn. "It's Billy, darling! I'm drifting weightlessly through gorgeous galaxies and I feel a loving, beneficent presence twinkling all around me." Was Billy real or just a figment of her imagination? In The Afterlife of Billy Fingers , Kagan shares her unprecedented journey into the mysteries of the afterlife. Billy's ongoing account of his celestial experiences is filled with transcendent wisdom, irreverent humor, and hope. The Afterlife of Billy Fingers will change the way you think about life, death, and the Universe.

A friend highly recommended this book to me. I recently lost a very dear friend to cancer and have been dealing with that loss. The things the author experienced after her brother died are not things I have experienced, but they are very interesting, somewhat unbelievable, and also reassuring. This story is helping me look at death and after death in new ways.

A must read! You can feel a bit of heaven through Billy's words. It was deeply moving and loving.

From the Foreword…

This fascinating book may initially surprise and baffle some readers. Some may find Dr. Kagan’s narrative of her otherworldly adventures with a deceased brother hard to believe. That’s too bad, though, because the Greek philosophers who founded Western thought knew full well about the remarkable phenomenon she describes. In fact, Greek philosophers even had a name for the people who somehow suspended between this life and the next life, “walkers between the worlds.” Dr. Kagan’s thought-provoking account is an excellent example.

I found this hard to believe, it seemed more of a delusion to her, with long talks...Swedenborg explains stuff a lot better/more.

Wow! Profound. Entertaining. Like no other account, not even NDEs.

Wonder-full. Amazing. But you do need to withhold judgment, and let go of pre-conceived ideas. If you can do that with an open heart, you'll find this book transfixes you. For anyone who has lost someone close to them, and yet senses that person around them, this book will truly ring a chord.
