Add a CommentKnown primarily for his television and screen career, David's talent as an author is showcased with this story. Hilarious, heart warming and fun, the plot while not unique adds a baseball spin, which is anything but typical when used as a healing component. Characters and situations are fun and use of compassion in the face of difficulties is always welcome. In some ways it reminded me of "Tuesdays with Morrie", though much funnier. The healing of a relationship between father and son which often seems like a comedy team, the joy, connection and resolution of the relationship coupled with laugh-out-loud scenes makes this a story well worth reading! Enjoy!
