Amazing book! I have found that taping provides great relief from some injuries sustained in an accident. However, the part of my body I really like to have taped up -- and very tightly -- is the very place that I can't tape myself, both because it's difficult and because of the injury I have in that body part. However, this book is still amazingly useful!

It's available on Hoopla Digital, too, in ebook form. I got a paperback copy from my library's physical collection.

Thanks, HPL!
