Add a CommentI really enjoyed reading this book. The story is told using items from Ginny's (the main character) seventh grade year. Ginny is very optimistic as she starts her 7th grade year, setting valuable goals for herself and making good grades. As the year goes on, she faces challenges with her peers, her two brothers, and her mother's new husband. Each of these problems is presented through a series of items including lists, report cards, notes and instant messages to her friends.
I think this book was good but my only problem was that the handwriting was a little confusing and hard to read
Can not say enough good things about this book. The way the story is told is amazing. It's a book in stuff, that means notes from parents to kids, report cards, texts, and comics. Not only fabulous to look at, but a very realistic portrayal of life in middle school. This is a good book for readers who have trouble tracking when they read, because there are no large paragraphs to decipher. If you like this, be sure to read the sequel, "Eight Grade is Making Me SICK".
should i get it??
My 6th grade daughter loved this book.
I loved it, read it in less than 4 days,
so fun and easy to read
i love it!
My daughter could not put this down .... I wish there were more books in this series.
This was a really entertaining read, a very creatie way to represent a story. Though I wish the story could've ended in a more ''complete'' way. Because I dont know what happened to some people in the end.
Cute book, talks about a girls seventh grade expeience.
